PPEEC Programs

We have been a member of PPEEC since 2015 and really appreciate that our utility bills are consolidated into 1 invoice, along with the assurance they were checked for billing errors before we are invoiced.

The Bedford County Airport Authority is very pleased with being a member of the PPEEC  program. Participating in PPEEC has allowed us to consolidate our bidding process via the consortium which in turn resulted in allowing us to further reduce our electric costs. The entire process was seamless and transparent, making it a win-win for all of us.

As a superintendent of a small, rural school district in Pennsylvania, we work with other school districts to coordinate and bundle purchases for pencils, paper, markers, and even health care in an effort to help save taxpayer dollars. Why wouldn’t a school district do the same when it comes to purchasing natural gas and electric? Our PPEEC membership has allowed us to do just that. The Port Allegany School District has been a proud member for the past five years and we welcome and encourage other public entities in Pennsylvania to join us in these cost-saving efforts.

The ability to shop around for electricity suppliers has helped us to keep energy costs under control for our taxpayers. Unfortunately, shopping around used to take up valuable time that could be better spent elsewhere. Millersburg Borough appreciates PPEEC’s assistance with shopping around and getting the best deal. We have also found the budgeting assistance, invoice reviews and single billing to be helpful services.
